What I help with

One clear story, everywhere people find you.

When your logo, website and message all say the same thing, people trust you faster. Donors give with confidence, volunteers know where to sign up, and the people you serve find help without hunting for it.

Identity

Logos and brand basics

A simple, professional mark with colours and type that work on your website, social media, flyers and signage.

Websites

Websites that do a job

Pages organized around the questions people actually ask: how to get help, how to give and how to get involved.

Messaging

Clear, plain-language words

Help saying what you do, who you serve and why it matters, in words your community will understand and remember.

How a project works

No surprises, start to finish.

  1. Discover

A free discovery call to understand who you serve and what your brand and website need to do for them.

  2. Quote

A fixed quote in writing, with a clear list of what’s included. The price we agree on is the price you pay.

  3. Design and build

I design and build, you review, and we refine it together until it feels right for your organization.

  4. Launch and hand off

Your site goes live, and you own every domain, login and line of code, with full admin access to all of it.

The Operation Christmas RGV website shown on a laptop, tablet and phone

Operation Christmas RGV

  • Logo
  • Bilingual website
  • Messaging

Their programs and story were scattered across social media, so families looking for help and supporters looking to give had no single place to start.

I designed a logo and built a bilingual English and Spanish website, organizing their programs, events and ways to give into clear, simple pages.

A new website for an organization that has delivered hot weekday lunches since 1979, organized around how to apply for meals and how to volunteer or donate.

  • Website refresh

A full refresh for a long-time client working across Canada and Nigeria, so supporters in both countries can easily learn about their work and give.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is different, so after a free discovery call I send a fixed quote in writing with a clear list of what’s included. If something comes up that wasn’t in the original scope, I explain what it involves and what it would cost, and nothing moves forward until you say yes.

Do we own the website?

Yes. You own every domain, login and line of code, and you get full admin access to every account, never a locked reseller panel. If we ever part ways, you get a complete handoff with everything you need to keep going.

Do we actually need a new website?

Not always. If a refresh or a few fixes will do the trick, I’ll tell you honestly that you don’t need a new site.

Who looks after the site after launch?

That’s up to you. You can manage it yourselves, or I can keep it hosted, secure and up to date through Managed Hosting & Care.

What’s your design background?

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from Fanshawe College and an Honours Diploma in Sales and Marketing, and I’ve been building websites since 1998.
